8月19日：
今年は2年に一度、8月に開催されるブリュッセルの世界遺産、フラワー・カーペットの年でした。
私達も初日のお昼、2日目の夜に行きました。昼間は太陽の光に輝く花を楽しみ、夜はライトに浮かび上がった、その年の凝った図柄に感心させられて。この3日間は世界中からたくさんの観光客がグラン・プラス訪れます。

モモジ、11ヶ月。もう4ｋg以上になりました。最近の楽しみは部屋に迷い込んだ虫を追いかけること。 今日はステファンと一緒に、蛾を捕まえました。2人はいいハンター・コンビです。

Infrared photograpy.

1 June 2008:
In Infrared photograpy, a special filter is used to let only infrared light pass through to the camera's image sensor. Visible light is blocked. Special dreamlike effects can be obtained, especially if there is strong sun-light: Trees and leaves look white whereas water and blue sky get very dark. The pictures need long exposure, depending on the camera type/film used. A tripod is necessary. The results usually look red and under-exposed. Transforming them into black&white pictures makes them more interesting and dramatic. See some examples

 

 

 

5月15日：　
左の写真、先週末の暑さでバテバテのモモジ、珍しく無防備です。
右は更に一週間前、オランダにサイクリングへ行った時に出合った可愛い赤ちゃん羊です。
毛は正に高級セーター並みの手触り。夏草をたくさん食べて、幸せそうでした。

3月15日：
３ヶ月前のモモジ・ジャンプです。
お得意は物の陰に隠れていて、
通りかかった人に飛びつくこと。
不意に飛びついてくるので、
油断は禁物です！
最近では１ｍくらい飛びます。
普段は寝太郎モモジですが、
時々野生のチーターのような顔を見せます。
